Rental Rates and Fees
$175 per night, 2 night minimum stay, 3 night minimum during holidays
$1050 weekly rate - 7th night free!
Rates are the same year-round.
$100 Cleaning fee
*State and Local taxes will be applied as appropriate.
Rental Policies
The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
The person making the reservation must be one of the guests who remains with the rental party throughout their stay. Parents, please do not attempt to rent the cabin for high school or college students, as guests will be asked for proof of age at check-in. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate expulsion from the property and forfeiture of all rental payments.
Occupancy by more than the number of people stated in the rental agreement will result in immediate expulsion from the property and forfeiture of all rental payments.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Cancellation and Change Policies
Cancellation of your rental agreement for any reason will result in you being charged a minimum of one night's rental.
Changes to an existing reservation are very time consuming as they require updates to multiple systems and schedules, and therefore are discouraged.
One date-related change to your reservation will be allowed free of charge. However, each additional change will incur a $35 charge.
Miscellaneous Policies
Pets are always welcome at Billy Bear’s Bluff but there is an additional charge involved. To get all of the details, contact the rental professionals at Black Bear.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. Smoking is permitted outside; however, please do not litter and be careful not to start a forest fire.
No outdoor fires, other than in the outside fireplace, are permitted on the property.
No illegal drugs or other illegal activities are allowed on the property.
